

Eduardo Hernandez
Founder And Technical Director
A seasoned coach with a comprehensive background in youth and collegiate soccer, Coach Hernandez brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the field. Currently, he serves as a Coach at San Ramon FC, where he leads the 2012 NPL and 2014 girls age groups, as well as the women's WPSL team. Concurrently, he is an Assistant Coach at Menlo College. Previously, Coach Hernandez was a Scout for Path 2 Pro, setting up scouting combines to identify professional quality players. He also served as an Interim Head Coach and Scout for Bay Cities FC, a professional soccer team in NISA as well as the Technical Director for Fremont Rush Youth Soccer Club. Among his notable accomplishments, Coach Hernadez has coached against the Guatemala U-20 National Team, Monterey Bay FC in the US Open Cup second round, and SJ Earthquakes in the US Open Cup third round. He's helped lead Menlo College to conference champions in the Golden State Athletic Conference In the NAIA and reached the second round of the NAIA National Tournament. As a player, Coach Hernandez competed at Ohlone College in the CCCAA, Warner Pacific University in the NAIA, and the U-23 Timbers in USL 2. With a rich history of playing and coaching at various levels, Coach Hernandez is dedicated to developing players' technical skills and fostering an environment where athletes can grow both on and off the pitch.

Adolfo Trujillo

A former U.S. youth national team player, Coach Trujillo has a distinguished background in both playing and coaching soccer. He was called up to the national team at 14 years old, with his last camp being at 16. During his tenure with the national team, he played in prestigious tournaments such as the Aegean Cup in Turkey in 2015, where he started against Romania and was substituted in games against Norway and Turkey. His first international tournament was in Italy, where he started against Slovenia, Mexico, and China. Coach Trujillo played two seasons at Las Positas College from 2018 to 2021, earning an All-American award. During his college career, he scored 10 goals and provided 15 assists. In 2022, he signed with Bay Cities, where he played 12 games despite facing an injury that sidelined him for part of the season. His early development included playing with the San Jose Earthquakes Academy from the U16s to U18s, gaining valuable experience training with the first team. He participated in the ID2 camp, making the roster to travel to Spain where his team played against Barcelona and Real Madrid. Out of 60 participants, only 22 were invited to this prestigious camp. At 16, he had a two-week trial with Liverpool. In 2017, he was named the best player in the NorCal region. Transitioning to coaching, Coach Trujillo became a personal soccer trainer, working with players of various ages. He joined Challenger Sports, assisting with numerous soccer camps during the summer and eventually running his own camp, which was a great success and well-received. With his rich playing history and diverse coaching experience, Coach Trujillo is committed to developing players' technical skills and fostering an environment where athletes can thrive both on and off the pitch.

Ryan herrington

Coach Herrington boasts a rich background in soccer, beginning with a decade-long tenure at Tri Valley Soccer Club, where he was honored as Club Player of the Year in 2019. In high school, he was a three-year varsity player at Dublin High, earning the title of Offensive Player of the Year in 2019 and securing a spot on the All-Second Team EBAL in his senior year. Currently, Coach Herrington is a senior at Menlo College, where his impressive performance has led to three conference playoff appearances and a national tournament appearance. His extensive playing experience, coupled with his accolades, underscores his deep understanding of the game and commitment to excellence.

Eder Carrasco

Coach Carrasco brings a wealth of playing and coaching experience to the field. In high school, he played varsity soccer for three years, serving as team captain during his junior and senior years and earning MVP honors in his senior year. His club career includes back-to-back undefeated NPL championships with Alpine Strikers in the 2018-19 and 2019-20 seasons.
At Foothill College, Coach Carrasco was part of the undefeated conference championship team in 2021-22 and served as team captain in his sophomore year. He was named to the first team all-conference for the 2022-23 season. Currently, he is playing at Menlo College, where he helped lead the team to an undefeated conference championship and an appearance in the NAIA national tournament for the 2023-24 season. Coach Carrasco has also accumulated significant coaching experience. He has coached for Las Americas Fútbol, Half Moon Bay High School women’s varsity, Sunnyvale Alliance Soccer Club, and Peninsula Soccer Club. His diverse coaching background and successful playing career make him a valuable asset to developing players' skills and fostering a positive team environment.

Ruby Doerr

Coach Doerr brings an impressive background in both playing and coaching soccer. Her playing career includes competing for Palo Alto Soccer Club NPL, serving as captain at Foothill College, and playing for Menlo College. Additionally, she has played for Silicon Valley Galaxy. With a passion for developing young talent, Coach Doerr has been coaching kids for nine years across various local clubs and camps in the Bay Area. Her extensive experience both on the field and as a coach makes her dedicated to fostering the growth and development of her players

Hailing from the vibrant soccer culture of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Coach Gabriel brings a dynamic blend of expertise and passion to the world of soccer coaching. A graduate of Sacramento State, currently at San Ramon FC, Coach Gabriel serves as the head coach for the 2011, 2010, and 2009 boys Red teams. He also assumes the role of assistant coach for the 2012 girls' NPL and women’s WPSL teams. Previously, Coach Gabriel has also worked with the U8 academy. With a diverse background spanning nearly a decade in sports medicine, athletic training, and coaching in multiple sports, including but not limited to, track & field, swimming, & powerlifting. Coach Gabriel has honed his skills to nurture athletes' potential to the fullest, across these various sports and is more than just a coach. He is a mentor who believes in fostering holistic growth. His passion transcends the pitch, aiming to mold individuals who excel not only in soccer but also in life. His coaching philosophy revolves around instilling respect, discipline, resilience, and teamwork while nurturing individual skills. For him, success is not solely measured by victories but by the growth and development of each player. Through his guidance, players learn to harness their strengths, overcome challenges, and embody the true spirit of sportsmanship.

In his previous role as Assistant - Partnership Marketing for the San Jose Earthquakes, Coach Jobe managed a portfolio of partnerships, focusing on enhancing game day experiences. He has executed activations for MLS League partners such as Air Force Reserve and Coors Light during high-profile matches like the Leagues Cup game against Tigres UNAL, significantly boosting brand visibility and engagement. Additionally, he supports partner activations with key brands including PayPal, Audi, BodyArmor, and The Tech Interactive, ensuring these partnerships extend beyond game days for maximum impact. Previously, as Team Operations Director at Bay Cities FC, Coach Jobe supported the Sporting Director by assisting in the drafting and finalization of contracts, ensuring clarity and accuracy. He liaised with the NISA league to fulfill game day responsibilities and oversaw the reservation of game day facilities, ensuring optimal venues for matches and related events. In his role as Corporate Sponsorship Activation Coordinator for Bay Cities FC, Coach Jobe supported pitching to prospective sponsors and partners, highlighting the club's value proposition. Sofia kerns

Coach Sofia Kerns brings a solid educational background and extensive coaching experience to her role, making her an invaluable asset in developing young soccer talent. She holds a Master of Business in Management and Leadership (May 2022) and a Bachelor of Arts in Business with a Minor in Sports Management (May 2021) from Holy Names University (HNU), Oakland, CA. She also earned an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts: Arts and Humanities from Los Medanos College, Pittsburg, CA (May 2019). Currently, Coach Kerns serves as a Staff Coach and U8 Academy Coach at San Ramon FC, where she has been coaching since February 2022. She was promoted to Head Coach in August 2022 and also took on the role of Head Coach at 925 Futsal in October 2023. She holds a U.S. Soccer D License (2023) and has a strong playing background, having competed for HNU Women’s Soccer from 2019 to 2021 and LMC Women’s Soccer.
